What is Administrative Services

The Department of Administrative Services provides internal support for other county offices as well as public service. The Records and Elections divisions include all functions of the traditional county clerk’s office; marriage licenses are issued, passports processed and land transactions recorded. Umatilla County has approximately 47,081 registered voters. The department also oversees administration of IT Services, Printing and Mail Services, the Law Library, Facilities Maintenance, Tele-Communications, and the Geographic Information Services / Mapping. This department is a valuable resource for other county offices in reaching their goals. The Administrative Services Department is located at the Umatilla County Courthouse.
